🛰️ About the role


The HR Manager will work closely with our CEO and the leadership in our office in Dresden, Germany, and manage and execute all HR topics to ensure the company's growth by sourcing and maintaining our most valuable resource - our team.

You will take a crucial role within Morpheus and you will be responsible for advancing our HR processes, to recruit new talents, to review performances, and for fostering our strong value-based startup culture.

The ideal candidate is an outstanding people-person with excellent social, communication and conflict management skills, fluently in German and English, relentless about doing great work, proactive, creative, and ready to jump in and help wherever needed.

...consistently recruit excellent staff, schedule screening and interview process, coordinate offer letters and start dates,

...manage and advance the recruitment and selection process

…manage and advance a scalable onboarding and offboarding process

…develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

...develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

...assess training needs to apply and develop and monitor training programs

…train, counsel, and coach our staff
